Forgame Announces Resignation of Executive Director and Co-Founders

(Guangzhou China – March 2015) – The Board of Directors of Forgame Holdings Limited (HKEx: 00484) (“Forgame” or the “Company”) today announced that Mr. Zhuang Jieguang, Mr. Huang Weibing, and Mr. Liao Dong have resigned from all positions from the Company, effective immediately.

“Mr. Zhuang, Mr. Huang, and Mr. Liao have been instrumental to Forgame’s quick ascension to become a leader in the webgame industry in China,” said Wang Dongfeng, Chairman and CEO of Forgame. "On behalf of the Board, I sincerely thank each of them for their contributions they had made for the Company.”

Forgame now generates over 35% of revenues from mobile game, up from 5% in first half of 2013. These factors all point to the fact that Forgame has achieved categorical success in our first phase of transformation. We will continue to work tirelessly to become a leader in the mobile game industry.”
